Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of itercycle.com and the Fullsked mentorship workspace (together, the "Service"), operated by Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The mentorship
The Joy of Itercycling is a wellness mentorship program. Your Itercycle Navigator provides general coaching and behavior-change guidance. The Service is not medical care and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before changing your routines.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for adults 30+.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information on intake forms — the quality of your mentorship depends on it.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the information you submit through intake forms and the Fullsked workspace. You grant Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company a limited license to use that information for the purpose of providing the mentorship and operating the Service.
Fees
Any fees for mentorship engagements are agreed separately in writing before the engagement begins. The Service itself does not currently process payments through this website.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific wellness, fitness, or health outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or its users.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
