Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company to explain what information we collect through The Joy of Itercycling (itercycle.com) and the Fullsked mentorship workspace, and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible and to use it only for the purposes described below.
Who we are
The Joy of Itercycling is a wellness mentorship operated by Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company.
What we collect
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we receive the email address and name you provide. Authentication is handled by our backend provider on our behalf.
- Intake responses. When you complete a mentorship intake form, we store the answers you submit so your Itercycle Navigator can prepare for your sessions.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels.
What we do with it
- Provide and improve the mentorship and the Fullsked workspace.
- Respond to messages you send us.
- Send service communications related to your account or mentorship.
- Keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share intake responses with anyone outside Community Food Engine LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company except the Navigator assigned to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and intake information for as long as your mentorship engagement is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can respond to follow-up questions and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see "Your choices" below.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run the service: a hosting and database provider that stores your account and intake data, and an email provider for transactional messages. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- You can ask us to delete your account and associated intake responses.
To exercise any of these, email communityfoodengine@outlook.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The service is intended for adults 30+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
